We have been dedicated to nurturing young football talent in our Dorset community since 1973

Our Purpose

To ensure every child enjoys football in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment — where fun, development, and respect come first.

Our Values

1. Fun Comes First – Football at grassroots level is about children enjoying the game, learning skills, and building confidence  
2. Respect Everyone – We show respect to referees, coaches, officials, opponents, and other parents always. Poor behaviour damages the game for children.  
3. Encourage, Don’t Instruct – Cheer positively from the sidelines. Let coaches do the coaching and allow children to make their own decisions on the pitch.
4. Be Supportive Team Players – Parents are part of the club community. We communicate calmly, share feedback constructively, and help maintain an encouraging atmosphere. 
5. Prioritise Wellbeing Over Results – Every child develops differently. The goal is progress, confidence, and teamwork.
6. Model Good Sportsmanship – We celebrate effort, discipline, and resilience. Children learn best when adults model composure and kindness.
7. Support Club Values – Our club is inclusive and community-driven. Every player is valued equally, regardless of background or ability.
